Understanding comments that do not appear or have been removed
A comment is a way to connect with a creator and join a conversation about a post or song. If you cannot find yours, check the order of the conversation before assuming it was removed.
Top and Newest
Newest places the latest comments first. Top gives priority to comments from authors mentioned in replies; comments with equal priority are ordered newest first. These views change the order, not which comments are included.
If your comment is missing
- Open the same post or song and select Newest.
- Check your connection and reopen the comments. A message that did not finish sending may not have been saved.
- A comment may no longer be available if it was deleted or removed for a community-rule violation. A different position in the list does not by itself mean it was moderated.
A conversation worth keeping
Talk about the music or post, share constructive opinions and respect other people. Do not post harassment, threats, hateful attacks, private personal information, impersonation, scams or repetitive promotional messages. Disagreement is welcome; abuse is not.

Reports and review requests
A report is a request for review, not proof of a violation. If you believe a comment was removed by mistake, contact Nevuxia with your username, the post or song link and a brief explanation. Do not send identity documents or other sensitive information.
